Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.2) OS: Linux Connections move between tabs, e.g. a WLAN connection is now listed under the mobile broadband tab. My actual mobile broadband connection has disappeared. Removing a mobile broadband modem causes the WLAN connection to get dropped by the networkmanager Often crashes when selecting items from the system tray menu. Crashes with the following info: Executable: knetworkmanager PID: 1786 Signal: 11 (Segmentation fault) Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: Difficult to list specific actions... Adding and removing connections in the different tabs seems to cause problems. Seems to happen a lot, but not everytime.
please add a backtrace of the crash on this bugreport. http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports
Reassign Network Management bugs to new maintainer. Have a lot of fun, Lamarque!
Is this bug still valid?
