I have installed kde in windows 7 in order to insgtall blogilo in my windows7 following the following protocol.

after extracted the .zip file in to the kde directory and tryied teh application file i get the message that libkcal.dll is missing and has to be reinstalled. Any help from any body.

That's becasue that binary is prepared with and for Windows XP
You have to build it from src
