Version:           2.0 beta1 (using Devel) 
OS:                Linux

Cannot send smtp messages. No info why. Message just stays in outbox. No output in console when started from command line. 

Akonadi console output:

KMail2 output:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Write message. Click send.

Actual Results:  
Message appeared in outbox. Status progress in lower right corner stays at 0% indefinitely.

Expected Results:  
Message shows briefly in outbox folder, status progress quickly jumps to 100% and vanishes, ditto for message.

Send message.

I have the same problem.

I used beta 1 kubuntu lucid packages to convert mails.
Now I used beta 3 maverik packages.

Same behaviour.
