Pdf files with spaces in their filenames before .pdf cannot be pasted any place on my computer. I can work with these files without ny problem but i cannot copy them. When i fix their filenames,it solves the problem.
For example:
a pdf file with the filename "filename .pdf",with right click i can copy, but when i want to pacte it, the copying process is not succeded, with the error dialog, the file cannot be copied and skip auto skip options.


This problem also exist in Konqueror.


Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
just give a space before the file extension .pdf in filename

Actual Results:  
I cannot copy this files.

Expected Results:  
I should be able to copy this files.

Please, would you like to attach a screenshot of the error message?


I'm not able to reproduce using KDE 4.4.5.

Works in Dolphin 17.12.3. Closing :)
