Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send a signed mail.
2. Press ok in the key dialog.

Actual Results:  
pinentry appears under kontact.

Expected Results:  
pinentry appears on top.

there is a new pinentry-qt where Marc fixed this.

so the packaging should get that new version or get Marc's patch.
I can provide the patch if you can't find it.
