Description Stas 2010-07-31 19:12:40 UTC
Version: 0.5.0 (using KDE 4.4.4)
OS: Linux

When you're opening site (from favorites) that is not responding now and opening another tab while rekonq is till waiting for response - url of current tab will be set to url of failed site as soon as rekonq will show "Try again" page.

Maybe it will be more interesting to do it in Opera style - address bar for every tab but not one address bar per browser window?...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any site that can be resolved but will not answer.
2. Open another tab.
3. Start typing link of something else.

Actual Results:
As soon as "Try again" page will be shown on inactive tab - address bar will be set to it's url.

Expected Results:
Address bar must not be changed by inactive tabs.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34-12-default
Compiler: gcc

I can confirm this behaviour on the latest mainline rekonq

A similar behavior occurs when just typing in an URL, pressing Enter and then opening a new tab and surfing there. Then you return to the previous tab which failed to load (my WiFi for example is a bit unstable) and the URL entered is gone or replaced by the current URL or something. Really annoying.

I cannot reproduce this on 0.6.80. Can you?
