Hello! I'm user of ubuntu 10.04 

When I try to erase a cd-rw k3b tells something like:
"cdrecord reports an unknown error (code 255)"
"if you're usinh a cdrecord version without patch..."
"... if this error also happens with high quality means"

--maybe that aren't exactly the words, I'm translating of Spanish--

and put away the cd

I tried the command in a terminal and it doesn't work.
