I tried to install amarok from a clean state (i.e. I deleted the KDE folder beforehand). It did not pull in kdelibs and therefore didn't find kdeui.dll-

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Uninstall KDE
2. Install Amarok
3. Start Amarok

Actual Results:  
Amarok starts, kdelibs has been pulled in

Expected Results:  
Amarok doesn't find kdeui.dll as kdelibs hasn't been installed

Should be fixed in the upcoming release
