When updating KDE, I noticed the installer doesn't always install all packages it downloads. When starting the installer a second time, some of the packages I previously selected to be updated were still at the old version. They were however already downloaded, starting the process again the installer just installed them fine.

Reproducible: Didn't try

If this problem still persists, feel free to reopen the bug with a installer run log appended.
