Is it possible to implement a way to remove duplicated rss feeds?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just add twice the same rss link

Actual Results:  
Twice the same stuff

Expected Results:  
I kind of check when importing the rss feed if it is already in the list or not.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32-24-generic
