Description Sabine Faure 2010-07-23 18:57:57 UTC
Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

When the sender request a disposition notification to have the header enclosed, the header is enclosed but all its fields are empty.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch Kontact and go to Kmail
- Go to Settings menu/Configure Kmail
- Click on the Security icon
- In the Message Disposition Notifications section select the 'Ask' radio
button and the 'Only headers' one too
- Click on 'Ok'
- Click on 'New Message' button
- Fill in the recipient (yourself), the subject and a few words in the composer dialogue
- Go to Options menu/Request Disposition Notification
- Click on 'Send'
- The email is properly sent
- Open the sent email and a pop up dialogue asks whether a disposition notification should be sent.
- Click on 'Send'
- Open the disposition notification email 'Unamed' attached file

Actual Results:
The header is there but all its fields are empty (No Subject, From:, to:, Date:)

Expected Results:
whereas they should not be.

Trunk, Svn Rev 1153490

Hej Sabine,

the Unamed files does not contain an email but a MDN message according to RFC3798, which does not contain any subject, from or to header.
Is this just a misunderstanding?

Ciao,
Tobias
