I used KScnapshot and instead of saving to a file I chose Copy to Clipboard.  When I tried to paste this in Gimp I got a "There is no image data in the clipboard to paste".  OpenOffice telles me the "Requested clipboard format is not available."  Pasting into Krita works fine.

I guess this is not a KSnapshot error but somewhere in kdelibs, please reassign accordingly.
