Notification visual glitch

Version:           unspecified (using Devel) 
OS:                Linux

I'm attaching a screenshot of a visual bug that sometimes happens with notifications.  The notification was generated by KMess (MSN client.)

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Get a notification in KMess that contains long strings.

Actual Results:

Changing as "FIXED", since I can't reproduce anymore with 4.8.3:

$ kdialog --title "Testidy test testy:" --passivepopup "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bogusvideoid&feature=bogusfeatureid&andthensomemoretext"

It wraps correctly now.
