this seems to work for me with current trunk. only two minor problems: - one can shrink the dialog vertically to a point where widgets start overlapping. this may depend on the widget style. maybe your problem is related to that as well - try changing it. - words are not wrapped, so a single very long word would be truncated. that's not critical, as the dialog can be enlarged.

This issue is resolved now (and probably has been resolved for a while) in kdesu 5.25.4.
