Description Aaron Lewis 2010-07-17 06:43:44 UTC
Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

When i changed my fonts (adjust all fonts option) , after click on apply , all icons on desktop are re-arranged , it's a bad behavior for me.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
First of all , create some desktop `icons' , and make their positions randomly , then change your fonts (adjust all) in systemsettings , after clicking on Apply , you'll see the problem

Actual Results:
All Icons re-arranged

Expected Results:
Shouldn't do anything to the positions of icons.

Gentoo , KDE 4.4.5

Hi,
I experience the same as the above user does and it is always reproducible. I noticed that the desktop icon option called "Lock in place" is being ignored while applying the font settings too.

PClinuxOS with KDE 4.5.3 with traditional icons on the desktop and using the Folder View Activity as my desktop.

Confirmed for 4.7.4, but only in case of the folder view widget/the actual folder view elements of the folder view desktop.
