Occured in Kubuntu Lucid.
Steps taken:

1) Install Firefox using the entry in KDE menu (Internet -> Install Firefox browser)
2) Launch Firefox
3) Go to youtube.com, click a movie
4) When the "install missing plugins" bar at the top displays, choose install, and from the list of alternatives (Adobe, Gnash, Swfdec) choose Adobe Flash
5) Kpackage downloads and installs the plugin, but for some reason crashes. The plugin works in Firefox properly.
