Description Sabine Faure 2010-07-15 20:31:30 UTC
Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

If a recipient is added as BCC he never receives the email whereas he should.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch Kontact and go to Kmail
- Click on 'New'
- Go to Tools menu/Select Recipients...
- Select two recipients from the list and add one as 'CC' and one as 'BCC'.

Actual Results:
The recipient added as 'CC' receives the email correctly whereas the recipient added as BCC in the composer dialogue never receives the email.

Expected Results:
Both recipients should receive the email.

If the recipient is added as 'BCC' only (without a 'TO') then the following pop up error message is displayed: 'There were problems trying to queue the message for sending: Message has no recipients'.
He never receives the message either.

Maybe this is why the email is not received at all in all cases when recipient is added as BCC.

Fixed on Friday.
Comment 2 Sabine Faure 2010-07-23 18:06:54 UTC
It is corrected now.

The recipient added as BCC receives the email now.
Its header only displays the To: and CC: recipients not the BCC:'s one.
