In order to move or resize a widget in plasma desktop, you hover over it and a bar appears.  You then drag the bar to move, or drag an icon on the bar to resize.  The bar then vanishes.  However, if I do this right now, as soon as the bar vanishes the location and size resets to what it was.  This makes it impossible to move or resize the widget.

Steps to Reproduce:
Move the mouse over the folderview widget.  Drag the widget and/or resize it.  Move the mouse away from the widget

Actual Results:  
The widget pops back to its original size and location.

Expected Results:  
The widget does nothing.

This only happens on one of my two computers.  The one it happens on is a laptop with dual screens.  The one it doesn't happen on is a desktop with one screen.  It isn't a problem with the plasma configuration, I removed the plasma config files completely and let plasma make an entirely new layout from scratch.  

This isn't the first problem I have had with folderview on this system, it has always had a hard time remembering the position of the widget on logout, but this is the first time it reset immediately.
