Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.4.4)

I am using KDE 4.4.5 from Fedora packages. Clicking on the third tab in the about KDE window which is in every application has a broken link (http://www.kde.org/jobs).

The strange thing is, it works if I start the application with LANG=us even though it seems like the same URL ...

It's
http://www.kde.org/jobs in German and
http://www.kde.org/jobs/ in English, which redirects to
http://www.kde.org/community/getinvolved/

The trailing '/' makes the difference.

However, in KDE 4.5 the url is replaced by a placeholder, which prevents us from screwing it up.

Since 4.4.5 is the last release of the 4.4 series, we are not able to fix the issue.

So, closing as ... umm ... wontfix, I guess.

Assuming we might have 4.4 series around for some time, should be worth a fix. 
Done now. :)
