Add title and artist information in a dockable panel in main windows instead of separated dialog

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Click on 'file information'

Actual Results:  
opens a new dialog

Expected Results:  
add a dock in QMainWindow

unmaintained for many years and I will be closing this bug.
