Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add second IMAP acount.
2. Send some test mails to the test account.
=> The mails are displayed.
3. Open the KMail config dialog and remove the second account.
  

Actual Results:  
The folder tree suddenly contains empty entries and seems to be defunctial.

Expected Results:  
The folder tree contains the local folders and the first account and works.
