Version: 2.0.85 (using KDE 4.4.4) OS: Linux Using Kile project causes a very unpleasant problem: it is almost impossible to put .kilepr file to source control system. Even with same filelist, every user will have a different copy of kilepr because view settings are stored in this file too. Current kilepr format is uncompatible with source control beacuse users will have infinite merge confilcts. Please separate the file list (view-indepentent .kilepr file) from other options (and call it .kileview file or something). Reproducible: Always
Hi, same feature request from my side. KDE 4.4.5 and Kile 2.0.85, Gentoo. We are two people working on a latex document, and we both use kile. Unfortunately, it is a real problem to handle the .kilepr correctly. The proposal of Vsevolod is great, and would solve this problem. IMHO kdevelop implements a similar scheme. Thank you, and regards, Florian
