I upgraded to KDE SC 4.5 RC2 and now I can no longer use Dolphin to drop files onto a K3b data project.
That was still possible when using SC 4.4 and it still works when using K3b's internal file browser.

Sadly I have no idea which component is to blame so I file it under K3b.
