Created attachment 48695 [details] the tabify plugin Version: unspecified OS: Linux If I enable a tabify plugin, than restart application, tabify will be disabled. but ini file has a this option enabled. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. start kate 2. go to Settings -> Configure Kate -> Plugins 3. enable Tabify or any other tabs plugin 4. make sure, that tabs appeared above edit area 5. close kate 6. start again. no any tabs anymore ;( Actual Results: plugin disables after restart Expected Results: tabs selected plugin must appear after restarting kubuntu 10.04, KDE 4.4.90 (KDE 4.5 RC1) i watch this bug since kde 4.1
Hi, I think before closing you are missing one step i.e. Save Session go to Sessions-> Save Default (or if u have you own session so save in that ) then close kate and start again... you will find tabify or any other plugin there :) Enjoy -- Abhishek

I think is a duplicate of bug #156330. Can this be closed as such? I can’t close it myself apparently.
