The problem is in the next: in the mouse advanced settings I set the "mouse wheel scroll by" value at 4 lines. When widget has height less than the height of these 4 lines it contains, this parameter decreases. It's fine, but some lines are invisible to the eye and in this case I forced to use scrollbars. The same happens in amarok, dolphin, etc.

In attachments you can see how it happens with selected photos.
