Description Sabine Faure 2010-07-02 14:43:52 UTC
Version: SVN trunk (KDE 4) (using Devel)
OS: Linux

The 'Show to-dos instead of events in to do view' functionality does nothing since it is not possible to display the date navigator in the to-do List view atm.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch KOrg
- create a new to do on a day where nothing has been entered yet
- The to do should be displayed correctly in agenda and to-do List views
- Click on To-do List button
- Go to Settings menu/Configure KOrganizer...
- Click on the 'Views' icon
- Check the 'show to-does instead of events when in Todo View' check box from the Date Navigator section.
- Click on 'Ok'

Actual Results:
Nothing happens the date navigator is not displayed in the To-do List view so it cannot display the created to-dos.

Expected Results:
According to the discription of this functionality either the date navigator should be displayed or the functionality removed from the Configure dialogue unless I am testing this wrong.

That functionality marks dates with to-dos with bold font in the date navigator.

They are in fact bold, you just aren't seeing the date navigator because you have the "Todo view uses full window" option activated.

Hi Sergio!

You are absolutely correct!

I unchecked 'To-do list view uses full window' from the Configure dialogue - Views icon - Todo View tab and now I can see the date navigator which works fine so I am closing this bug.

Thx for the tip ;o)
