Enter name. The 'Create and configure' button is not active. 
Can't complete the operation.

I can confirm the problem with N900 tag 20100730.
There is a workaround to enable the configuration by selecting 
the the checkbox and then using the down arrow you sometimes get
the "Create and configure' to be activated.
