konsole crashlog and backtrace

Version: 2.4.2 (using KDE 4.4.2)
OS: Linux

Having about 20 Windows Open, sometimes when you quit the shell in the window with exit, you get a segfault. Especially very nasty, when you are connected to several shells and do maintenance. All Data in all konsole windows is lost.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
open more than 10 Konsole windows (separate windows) and close one shell with exit

see attached crashlog
I could send more crashlogs if this helpful

You can stop since all these bt are the same.

They all appear to be from Qt time issues.

konsole crashlog and backtrace

In the meantime I upgraded to Konsole 2.5
about says:
Konsole
Version 2.5
Unter KDE 4.5.00 (KDE 4.5.0)
It worked for a few days but now its crashing again with a different error.
Error occurs very ofetn, when opening a window, edit some files with gvim
and then end the session with typing exit.
