Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.1) OS: Linux Currently to use an LDAP resource you must configure it using the drop down menus: Configure Kaddressbook -> LDAP Server. It would be much more intuitive to reach that GUI/wizard using the "Add new addressbook" menu under File. This has the advantage of mimicking Thunderbird and Apple Addressbook, and allowing users to specify an LDAP server in a somewhat more intuitive way. For bonus points, I quite like Apple Addressbook's use of a small icon (a plus sign) to invite you to add an address book, which could be an LDAP server. Reproducible: Didn't try
