Plasma widgets placed on the desktop cannot be moved, when you move them they immediately jump back to the previous position when the mouse pointer leaves the plasma widget.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Place a plasma widget on the desktop ( e.g. analog clock ). Click on it and move it to a new location. When you move the cursor of the plasma widget it will jump back to it's previous position.

Actual Results:  
The plasma widget jumps back to it's previous position after you leave the widget

Expected Results:  
The plasma widget should stay at it's new position
