When you close the first process on the task manager and then a panel comes out of autohide, it adds a blank process to the task manager. 

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Delete the first process on the task manager and then goto a panel that comes out of autohide. 

Actual Results:  
Black process on task manager

Expected Results:  
No black process on task manager.
