OS:                Linux

There is no handbook for Konversation but the Help menu contains an item for one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tell Konversation to show the handbook.

Actual Results:  
1. Handbook not found.

Expected Results:  
1. A handbook for Konversation.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.31.12-0.2-desktop

This may be some sort of packaging problem, because the 1.2 tarball we released did contain the handbook. Please file a bug with openSUSE.
