Now if a character is selected, but not dragged to copy bar, copy to clipboard neither works, nor warns.It should change.If a single character is selected, that  should be copiable to clipboard.
Also, there should be easy methods for copying to copy bar other than dragging,like clicking.

Reproducible: Always
