the columns first and last name can't be shown at the kadressbook list view. sorting contacts by their lastname is impossible, which makes it hard to find a special person.

Hej,

in KDE 4.5 it will be possible again to add a given name and family name column to
the contacts view.

until now, kde 4.5 from kubuntu beta ppa, this isn't available yet. will it really come with 4.5?

Just tested KAddressBook from trunk, the feature is present. Just wait for the next KDEPIM release.
