Description Christopher Yeleighton 2010-06-20 16:57:32 UTC
Version: 0.9.5 (using KDE 4.3.5)
OS: Linux

Okular should provide visual feedback that it is busy rendering input.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open /usr/share/doc/packages/ghostscript-library/examples/chess.ps.

Actual Results:
1.
Okular opens and loads the file. The pointer is an arrow and the rendering area is blank.
2.
After some time, the cursor is a pointer and the rendering area contains a chess board.

Expected Results:
1.
The pointer should be a watch / hourglass / whatever is appropriate in KDE to indicate waiting.
Even better, Okular should display a progress bar in the status line.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.31.12-0.2-desktop
Compiler: gcc
