Version: 2.9.2 (using KDE 4.4.3) OS: Linux 4.4.3 is the last KDE version, as KDE 4.4.4 is available since long ago, and as in old times the bug report wizard could select automatically, that I have archlinux packages, now I have to select it manually Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: launch bug report wizard Actual Results: select packages and versions manually Expected Results: Recognize versions and package types as not long ago OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.33-ARCH Compiler: gcc
Do you mean the Crash Reporting app; or the bugs.kde.org online wizard/form (for every kind of bug) ?
I mean the krash reporting app basically, but the online form is even out-of-date (kde 4.4.3 is the latest I can report bug for
What is the output of "lsb_release -sd" on your system? This is what drkonqi uses to find out your distribution, so either the output has changed format or you uninstalled this executable from your system.
Created attachment 47944 [details] Version out of date Here you can see what is my problem really
Ok, so this is not the *crash* reporting wizard, but the *bug* reporting wizard found from help->report bug (which is an entirely different software), and the actual problem is that when you click the "launch bug report wizard" button, it doesn't correctly fill the fields in the web form. I guess this has to do with the recent web form change in bugzilla, so I am reassigning this to the correct product and CC mattr, who did this web form change. PS: The missing 4.4.4 is a separate issue that should be filed as a separate bug against the bugs.kde.org product. Anyway, I'll see if I can do something about it.
