I can work a PDF into a PDF file using the 4 pages per sheet layout.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a PDF file
2. Try to print this file into a PDF file using the 4 pages per sheet layout
3. Open the newly created file and see if it was properly created.

Actual Results:  
The new PDF has only 1 page per sheet

Expected Results:  
A PDF with 4 pages per sheet
