OS:                Linux

The new folder dialog is missing the type combobox. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Switch to mail component.
1. RMB on the inbox -> Create new folder.


Actual Results:  
I can just enter the name of the new mail folder.

Expected Results:  
I should be able to enter a type.(like calendar).

Ludwig, please use the products "KOrganizer", "KMail 2" or "KAddressbook" for reporting Kontact bugs that are not specific to Kontact, the shell application. With that I mean if the bug also happens in the standalone version, the bug report should go to the product for the standalone version. Thanks.

Actually this is a bug in KOrganizer, that is where you are supposed to create sub-folders for calendars nowadays. The fact that this was done in KMail in older versions had purely technical reasons and makes no sense from the user perspective.
