Yes there is no filter per language. I don't think there should be as I don't think your use case is very spread. Can you explain more in details what your settings are exactly?
@dicusar: what exactly do you mean by introducing? If you have edit the kvtml file content on your filesystem? I personally think there should not be a warning when stepping between the words because that could result an interrupting user experience. Such words should not be shown perhaps at all, so the "next" action would go to the next random entry which is validated and alright. Have you meant that if you add a word in some graphical frontend, or something else?
