When hovering over an existing transaction in the ledger view, a tooltip of the details does not appear

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Point at a transaction in a ledger.

Actual Results:  
No tool tip appears

Expected Results:  
Expect to see a tool tip where the details of the transaction are presented.

This behavior is different from KMM2.

This had been fixed yesterday in SVN.
