MS Word 2007 document to be open in Kword

SOFTWARE VERSION:
  Kubuntu 9.10
  Koffice (svn version 1122560 )
  Test document (msoffice 2007):mw07_endnote_number.docx

STEPS LEADING TO THE PROBLEM:
  1. Open the attached document in MS Word 2007.
  2. Open the same document in KWord.
  3. Observe  the end notes in the document.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
  Kword  should be able to display the end notes at the end of the document.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
 Kword is not displaying the end notes.

For the endnotes fixes to get into trunk from branch, a meta bug for all the endnotes has been raised. This bug will keep track of all endnote bugs until the fixes get into trunk code.
