Created an attachment
msword test document used to open in kword

SOFTWARE VERSION:
  Kubuntu 9.04
  Koffice (svn version 1007302)
  Test document (MS Word 2003): toolbars_forms.doc

STEPS LEADING TO THE PROBLEM:
  1. Open the attached document in MS Word 2003.
  2. Open the same document in KOffice.
  3. Observe the first page of the document.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
  Forms created in microsoft word document should be properly 
  opened in Kword.
  Kword should be able to show all form objects ( checkbox,
  drop down box, text field, frames etc).

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
  Kword does not show forms created in microsoft word.
  None of the objects ( checkbox,
  drop down box, text field, frames etc) are shown in the
  first page of the document.

msword 2000 test document to be opened in kword

ACTUAL OUTCOME FOR TESTDATA CREATED IN MSWORD 2000: svn rev - 1017657

None of the objects ( textbox,dropdown,check box etc ) are displayed.
Event simple text not displayed in the document. Simple text is displayed
in rev 1007302.(see attachment "screenshot of the document in Kword")
Empty document shown.

ACTUAL OUTCOME FOR TESTDATA CREATED IN MSWORD 2007: svn rev - 1026239

None of the objects are displayed.
simple text is displayed in the document.
