msword test document to be opened in kword

SOFTWARE VERSION:
  Kubuntu 9.04
  Koffice (svn version 1007302)
  Test document (MS Word 2003): msword_2003_text_with_borders.doc

STEPS LEADING TO THE PROBLEM:
  1. Open the attached document in MS Word 2003.
  2. Open the same document in KOffice.
  3. Check for text borders in the first page of the 
     document. 

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
  Kword should be able to display borders for the text.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
  Kword is unable to retain text borders in document.
  Text is shown without any border. 
  see attachment text_with_borders_kword_svn_1007302.png
