Version: (using KDE 4.4.3) OS: Linux Installed from: Gentoo Packages To avoid having users run a complicated procedure to recover their files in case of an inconsistent file it would be more user friendly to run the consistency check before each file save to avoid an inconsistent kmymoney file in the first place. Or course this is advisable only if the consistency check procedure does not have performance problems.
Either saving or loading would be fine for me. We should just add a mode where the check runs silently and only popups if there is some problem.
SVN commit 1134102 by tbaumgart: Added run of consistency check to the "File/Save" and "File/Save as" actions. BUG: 238030 M +21 -2 kmymoney.cpp WebSVN link: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=1134102
