Version: (using KDE 4.4.3) Installed from: openSUSE RPMs A usual KDE menu bar (Oxygen style) behaves like this: If I click on a menu entry, the menu opens and I can select an entry. If I move the mouse pointer to another menu, the previous menu closes and the new one opens without any further click. So I can browse through all available menu entries without any further mouse click. In Rekonq's bookmarks toolbar in the same usage situation, you explicitly have to click on the new menu entry (i.e. bookmark folder) to close the previous one and open the new one. Technically the menu toolbar might not be a classical menu, but concerning user interaction (and position in the window), it is used the same way. So IMHO it should also behave accordingly and consistantly.
