Description Richard Hartmann 2010-05-10 02:24:12 UTC
Version: 4.4.3 (KDE 4.4.3) (using 4.4.3 (KDE 4.4.3), Debian packages)
Compiler:          cc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.32-4-686

If you delete or change any cookie policy, Konqueror will ask about policies for sites it already has data for.

Reproduce:

1) Surf the web, allow/deny some sites to set cookies
2) Settings -> Configure Konqueror -> Cookies
3) Delete/change any cookie policy
4) Access any site which tries to set cookies and which you already have a policy for
5) Konqui will ask you what to do with said cookie

Annoying ;)

Seems to look fine to me, using trunk? (Not sure if anything got changed --- I just studied one bug report that had to do with cookies, so went ahead and searched for others)

I tried with 4.4.3 and 4.4.4 just now, both show this behaviour.
Comment 3 Richard Hartmann 2010-06-10 17:37:03 UTC
To be specific, did you test with trunk aka 4.5 or with 4.4.5?

Chances are, 4.4.5 will make it into Debian stable and this should _definitely_ fixed for 4.4.5 as this issue is, literally, infuriating.
