Version: 4.4.3-1 (using KDE 4.4.3) Compiler: gcc 4.4.3-1 OS: Linux Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages i have 5 often used applications in my panel between the kmenu (left) and virtual desktops in my debian sid install even though the panel is locked, after boot 2 or 3 of those icons have moved to the left of the virtual desktop widget. i unlock, move them back in place just to find them in the wrong place after next boot. reproducable every time since 4.4.-1 Besides that my panel is totaly default. no fancy widgets.
Happened on my 64 bit lappy 2 or 3 times, but on last bootup the icons/widgets remaained in place. However on a 32 bit P4 box all the icon/widgets that normally start from the far right, are now butted up against the virtual desktop icons , and I now have a blank space to the right, which used to be in the centre, This is the second time its happened over the last few months , not a show stopper, just a very very minor annoyance
this -should- be fixed in trunk, can you try it as soon a 4.5 beta comes out?
this should be fixed. please test again with kde 4.5
Closing for lack of feedback. Please feel free to reopen this report if you can still reproduce this with KDE 4.8.3 or later.
