Description mtz.inc .. 2010-05-09 05:04:20 UTC
Version:            (using Devel)
Installed from:    Compiled sources

using:
Qt: 4.6.2
KDE Development Platform: 4.4.75 (KDE 4.4.75 (KDE 4.5 >= 20100505))
kde4-config: 1.0

i use kde4 from trunk and update almost weekly and i have seen this behavior for months now.

Some kde applications like amarok, kopete and knemo do not remove their tray icons when they are closed and there is no apparent way to remove them from the tray other than logging out and back in.

Other kde applications like kcheckgmail and qwit remove their icons when closed.

All non kde application i have used remove their icons on close, i suspect the icon hang around when they use some kde4 specific tray stuff.
