Compiler:          gcc 4.3.2 
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Compiled sources

- Launch Kmail
- Click on 'New' button
- In the 'Composer' dialogue, go to Message menu/New Main Window

The menu closes but the new main window takes quite a long time to appear whereas in Kmail 1.13.1 (Kontact 4.4.1) it appears immediately.

Note: Can this be due to the fact that I have two imap resources configured in Kmail atm (one for work, one for testing purposes)?

Same problem as with the primary window.

Indeed it is corrected now.

The new main window is displayed immediately now.
