Description vuxi 2010-05-07 16:22:07 UTC
Version: 4.4.2 (using 4.4.2 (KDE 4.4.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.32-22-generic

No further plugins installed. Akonadi running without problems. I`ve tried on two computers with different users (some with new homedir so no misconfiguration can be the problem). On one of the pc´s kontact was never run before.

My contacts are stored in a vcf file in my home directory and are added via the KDE-resources in the systemoptions ( using german Kubuntu so I dont know the exact "names"). The file is loaded and all persons appear in the kaddressbook. When looking at the specific person the birthday is displayed correct. In korganizer I added the "birtday reminder" (the one that loads from the standard addressbook) and the birthdays are displayed at the correct day. But the age of the persons is wrong.

for example:

vcf-file contains this:

BEGIN:VCARD
BDAY:1985-06-18T00:00:00Z
FN:Jane Oed
VERSION:3.0
END:VCARD

BEGIN:VCARD
BDAY:1986-06-18T00:00:00Z
FN:John Doe
VERSION:3.0
END:VCARD

Thats the same data for both persons (except one year difference and the name). Both birthdays are displayed on june 18th but also both with "24 Jahre" (24 years). That`s clearly crap.
